Bulls Receive Barnes And Draft Pick

DeRozan Dealt to Kings in Three-Team Trade

Bulls Receive Barnes and Draft Pick

In a surprising move, the Sacramento Kings have acquired six-time All-Star DeMar DeRozan from the Chicago Bulls in a three-team sign-and-trade deal. The Bulls will receive forward Harrison Barnes and a future second-round draft pick, while the San Antonio Spurs will receive forwards Thaddeus Young and Al-Farouq Aminu, as well as two future second-round picks.

Kings Add Scoring Punch

DeRozan, 32, is one of the most consistent scorers in the NBA, averaging 20.1 points per game over his 13-year career. He is also a skilled rebounder and passer, making him a valuable addition to the young Kings team.

Bulls Get Younger and More Athletic

The Bulls, who are rebuilding after a disappointing season, will get younger and more athletic with the addition of Barnes. The 29-year-old forward is a versatile defender and can score from anywhere on the court. The Bulls also received a future second-round pick in the trade.

Spurs Acquire Draft Assets

The Spurs, who are in the midst of a rebuild, will acquire a future first-round pick and two future second-round picks in the trade. They also add two experienced forwards in Young and Aminu, who can provide depth and experience to their young team.
